With a 3D visualisation, buyers and decision-makers can see what a house, a neighbourhood or a product will look like long before construction starts. Viz Studio creates photorealistic images for sales, presentations and marketing.

What you can get

• Exterior images of houses and housing developments, in daylight or evening light
• Interiors with furniture, materials and light, as in a finished home
• Aerial views of an entire development, with plots, streets and greenery
• Photomontages where the 3D model is placed in a drone photo of the actual site
• Colour and material options side by side, so that the alternatives can be compared
• Product images of things that do not exist yet or are difficult to photograph

How it works

1. You send drawings, sketches or an existing 3D model.
2. The model is built and first shown as a clay model, so that shapes and camera angles can be decided early.
3. Materials, lighting and surroundings are added, and you get preview images to comment on.
4. The final images are delivered in the formats you need, for web, print and signage.

You deal directly with the person creating the images throughout.
