This policy describes how Viz Studio (Vizualiserings Studion i Nässjö AB) handles personal data when you visit vizstudio.se or contact us.

When you contact us
The site has no contact form. If you email or call us, we use your details, such as your name, email address, phone number and what you tell us, to reply to you and to carry out a commission. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and the contract once there is a commission. The details are kept for as long as needed for that purpose, and accounting records for as long as the law requires.
Statistics with Google Analytics
If you accept it in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to see how the site is used, for example which pages and projects are viewed most. Cookies are then stored in your browser (_ga and _ga_ followed by an ID) and information about your visit is sent to Google: which pages you view, approximate location, device and browser. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We do not use the statistics for advertising. The data is kept for 14 months. The legal basis is your consent.
Google Ireland Limited processes the data on our behalf. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. Your choice is saved in your browser, not as a cookie, so that the banner is not shown again. You can change your mind at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
Nothing is loaded from other companies without your consent
Fonts, scripts, images and videos are hosted on our own server. The links to Instagram, Facebook and wirehn.com open those sites, where their own terms apply.
Server logs
Our web host, Websupport, keeps technical logs, including IP address and time, for operation and security. The logs are kept for a limited time.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to have it corrected or erased. You can also object to the processing or ask for it to be restricted. Contact us at klas@vizstudio.se. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
